 The Back to School rush brought us right back in to back to back showings! While the biggest news of September was The Federal Reserve's decision to lower rates by 50 basis points, we have to say for us, the biggest news was all the deals that were coming together for our clients before and after this announcement! As the leaves begin to change and we get out our cozy sweaters, we are already experiencing a very active and exciting Fall Market. The Bronx Zoo is entering their month of spooky festivities.
