October Musings

As we welcome a new month, the fall market is wrapping up one of its most active cycles in recent years! Buyers have been moving quickly to secure homes before the holidays, and sellers are making final strategic plays before winter officially arrives. For many of our clients, Winter home preparation is in full swing - feel free to reach out for any recommendations on our preferred vendors! Fall 2025 also brought with it several new laws and regulations that went into effect in Massachusetts, and we’re actively advising clients on how these changes may impact future decisions. Looking ahead, the Winter market looks to be an interesting one --  where highly motivated buyers and sellers are often rewarded with great deals! As always, we are here to discuss timing and strategy.
