June Musings

June Musings

While late June brings the Summer Solstice and marks the season’s arrival, June has brought sunny skies (goodbye rain!), fun end of the “school year” events, and some extremely hot record temperatures! For MGS Group, this past month ushered in a flurry of activity with new listings coming to market, many accepted offers (some record breakers!) and several very successful closings! We wish you a joyful, safe, and celebratory Fourth of July!

What happens when style meets purpose? A festive and beautiful afternoon at Fenway to the Runway, hosted by The Red Sox Foundation! MGS Group Real Estate was proud to once again sponsor this incredible event, celebrating fashion, community, and philanthropy.  We were honored to cheer on the inspiring Red Sox wives and girlfriends as they lit up the runway—all in support of the great work the Foundation does!
